This IT service business is independently operated and fully owned by Jaswanth Madiya. This policy explains how client and visitor data is handled during freelance engagements.
We may collect client name, email, phone, company details, project requirements, technical assets, credentials shared for delivery, and communication records required to execute services.
Client data is used only for project execution, communication, billing, support, quality improvement, and legal/compliance obligations. Data is not sold.
Data is shared only when necessary with trusted tools/providers such as hosting, analytics, source control, communication, and payment platforms required for service delivery.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are followed to reduce risk of unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no online method is completely risk-free.
Client data is retained only as long as required for project continuity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and record keeping, then deleted or minimized where feasible.
Clients may request correction or deletion of personal data where applicable, subject to legal, contractual, and accounting requirements.
