Any refund request is handled after a direct discussion to understand the issue and explore possible fixes, revisions, or alternate delivery options.
If a refund is approved, service charges for completed work, consultation time, platform fees, and transaction costs are deducted before the final refundable amount is sent.
Refund eligibility depends on project stage, delivered milestones, and usage of completed assets. Fully completed and accepted deliverables are generally non-refundable.
Once approved, refunds are initiated within a reasonable processing window. Final credit timing depends on payment provider and banking channels.
