These services are independently offered and fully owned by Jaswanth Madiya as an individual freelancer. No third-party agency owns or controls this business.
Services may include software development, web development, bug fixing, technical consulting, deployment support, and maintenance as discussed and agreed in writing with the client.
Delivery schedules are based on the approved scope and timely client feedback. Delays in approvals, content, credentials, or requirements may affect timelines.
Payment terms, milestones, and methods are finalized during project discussion. Work may begin after confirmation of agreed terms and any applicable advance payment.
Reasonable revisions related to approved scope are supported. Major new features or scope expansion may require additional cost and timeline updates.
Upon full payment, final deliverables prepared specifically for the client are transferred as agreed. Reusable templates, internal tools, and general know-how remain property of the freelancer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services are provided in good faith and with professional care. The freelancer is not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform outages, or damages arising from client-side misuse.
